Sonos Multiroom FAQ

If you've got a question, why not contact us?

Q:How much does a Sonos system cost?
A:It depends on what existing audio systems you have in place, but broadly speaking a Sonos solution can be deployed for around £300 per room. To get started with Sonos, why not try our single room offers? You can then build up your system over time as you needs grow.

Q:I live in an old house with thick walls, am I likely to experience problems with Sonos?
A: Wifi reception problems are very dependent on the home, but problems can and do occur sometimes, particularly in older buildings - but even new buildings can have "dead spots". The solution is to ask us to appraise your home first, before investing your time and money in equipment that may not be suitable. That said, we've always managed to find solutions to every WiFi problem we have encountered.

Q: Does Sonos use or interfere with my existing internet WiFi network?
A: No, the Sonos network is a completely independent private secure network.

Q: Can I stream more than one track from my iPhone to different rooms?
A: No, but you can use your iPhone and iTunes sources from a PC or Media Centre to achieve this.

Q: Are you an approved Sonos Reseller?
A: Yes, you can view our reseller status on the the Sonos web site here.
